What does this wine taste like?
Earthy notes: Minerals, stone, smoke
Citrus notes: Citrus, grapefruit, lemon
Vegetal notes: Gooseberry
It refines for 12 months in stainless steel tanks and releases an aromatic bouquet that intensely smells of thyme, jasmine and honeysuckle, citrus and white peach cues with gooseberry finish. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, with a marked minerality and a persistent aromatic finish.
